Dr Harriett Wragg, DC MChiro LRCC Chiropractor

I qualified as a chiropractor at the Anglo- European College of Chiropractic in 2018.

I was motivated to become a chiropractor following treatment as a child, and later when helped to overcome physical challenges caused by sports injuries. I am now a keen cross fitter and train regularly to maintain physical and mental wellbeing. So, I know from personal experience the value of seeing a chiropractor early to help reduce the impact of physical problems and pain.

Chiropractors use a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility, including hands-on manipulation of the spine. Chiropractic treatment involves safe, often gentle, specific spinal manipulation to free joints in the spine or other areas of the body that are not moving properly. Apart from manipulation, chiropractors may use a variety of techniques including ice, heat, ultrasound, exercise and dry needling (medical acupuncture) as well as advice about posture and lifestyle (BCA, 2024).

I knew I could assist people in optimising their lives and this is why I became particularly interested in maternal and paediatric care and was part of an interdisciplinary breastfeeding clinic at Bournemouth University, helping new mothers and babies to overcome challenges.

I have treated people from 4 days old to 90 years old and feel privileged to have the skill to help with a range of concerns and pains.

I look forward to meeting you at Therapy Fix Clinic.
